“Net profits” means revenue remaining after the ordinary costs of products, fulfillment, payment processing, returns, operations, taxes and other business expenses.
We say this clearly so there is no confusion: the commitment is to net profit, not to every dollar of revenue. The store is a business first — and by being a healthy business, it can sustain the mission for the long term.
